Their physical fitness!   When children are young, they are likely to be pretty energetic without thinking about it, infact the majority of us wish we could have a fraction of their energy! Yet as your kid grows up, that wish for physical exercise can decrease quickly, suddenly your hyperactive child is a teenager who desires to stay in their room all day! Fitness certainly does not have to be boring, infact it can be plenty of fun and can work to create relationships in the family and also spending quality time with each other. Why not arrange for a weekly swim session as a family, or an outdoor activity at the park? Make sure you keep it regular, if the weather conditions is too bad to go outdoors, then do something in the house.

Don’t forget to motivate other activities that your kids can take part in whether it be a dance class after school or even walking the pet dog. Hep them to see their Physical Education (PE Class) at school is a vital part of the school timetable. So next time your kid wants to go play outside after school, perhaps you won’t be so fast to refuse their request? After all the fun and healthy future for our children can depend much on their learning the value of fitness from an early age.
